Toro Canyon Brewery is nestled in the hill country west of Austin Texas. Our home brews use the finest ingredients to create classic beers with amazing taste. Pilsners, Amber Ales, Porters, and our world famous Novemberfest. We make what we like, and share it with you!

But… we don’t make IPAs…

Yes, you heard it here directly. We think the IPA craze has gone just too far. Beer after beer has been trying to out “hop” the other ones, to the point we think IPAs are bordering on undrinkable. People are afraid to say anything. But TCB is not! While we won’t judge you for throwing back an bitter beer, don’t expect to find any here…

A Truly Sustainable Beer

We specialize in small batches, and everything at TCB is hand crafted and brewed in classic glass carabiners, avoiding the large metal vats used by most brewers that lead to the unnatural tastes you find in typical store-bought beers. No preservatives, no extra additives, just good beer. We recycle all of our bottles as well.
